Ross HVAC and Appliances Service proved to be a fantastic company to work with. They came to fix my refrigerator and after applying several new parts, discovered that the evaporator had a hole in it and could not be fixed. They suggested a new refrigerator was needed. The technicians were very professional and efficient. The company quickly refunded the payments for the parts that had been purchased. Truly an excellent company to work with and if needed I will contact them as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

I have a cottage bakery here in my Home. My large oven went out one day it just would not turn on so I called every appliance repair place that I could think of and nobody would come out to even look at it because it’s a Canadian oven And they don’t work on themMy husband found Ross on a Google search so we called. Michael was very kind and professional. He scheduled a repair man to come out the next day Victor the repairman diagnosed the oven quite quickly. We tried to find parts here in the states, but we had to order them from Canada as soon as they arrived here at the house I called and Victor came out the same day and installed the parts!! you won’t go wrong having this company come to your home and fix anything. They were awesome. I can’t say enough good things about them and Victor will pet your dog when he’s done with your project.

Ross HVAC And Appliance Servicemade my old stove new again!I love their services that are available. I have had them come out previously to repair my stove, it had stopped working.I called Ross HVAC And Appliance Service back since their services were not so expensive.I needed to have a full cleaning of the stoves pilots in order for the gas to flow properly.The appointment was set within 18 hours of my call. It was was also a pleasure to see the same tech come out to our home. Victor was familiar with home and our stove.Thank you,Ross HVAC And Appliance Service, for all your time and consideration.

I think it means something when you get to meet Ross of Ross HVAC. Ross himself came to my house to do the estimate and gave me a couple options at a great price. On the day of service he arrived with another technician to install a brand new heat pump and duct system, replacing my 40+ year old gas furnace that quit on me (again). He did a great job communicating my options and explaining each thing he was doing as he did it and when I had questions. He would often apologize for his English, but aside from his Russian accent, I thought his English was great (no apologies necessary) . Ross HVAC arrived on time for all appointments and followed up when they said they would. Everytime I called in, my calls were answered by a human being (this is so important to me!) I appreciate the personalized service that I received from this company and I love supporting this small local business. They will always have my business.
